DNS Setting required in MyKey

You need do DNS setting inside your pc. Below is the information for supporting the DNS.

1. Symptoms:-

The Page look hang or no further activity

2. To verify the symptom:-

At command prompt, please type each as below:

C:\> nslookup www.msctrustgate.com

C:\> nslookup onsite.msctrustgate.com

C:\> nslookup mpki.mykey.com.my

If dns was setting, the display will show as below:

Server: xxxxxxxxxx

Address: xxx.xxx.x.xxx

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: www.msctrustgate.com
Address: 203.106.241.235

3. To solve this matter:-

Actually there are at least two solutions

1. Ask Network Admin to add those dns records. Impact all user already applied

2. Add in your local host file named as C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts where C:\Windows is your Windows folder. Impact is that pc only applied. Below are the configurations that need to add

203.106.241.226 www.mykey.com.my
203.106.241.235 www.msctrustgate.com
219.93.29.12 mpki.mykey.com.my

203.106.241.229 onsite.msctrustgate.com
